From the opening of our first brasserie in 1968 to the present, more than 40 years of his-
tory of the “French art of living” are spread. A real-life adventure, our group has become
an uncontested reference point, uniting creativity, innovation and tradition. We are the
custodians of an authentic cultural and culinary heritage that we are helping to spread
and adapt over the time.
THE BRASSERIE SPIRIT
Our brasseries are real places for memories, meeting and conviviality where writers,

popular and varied circles. These are real temples for traditional French cooking,
people rush here to taste traditional French dishes, specialties or recipes that are
as surprising as original. Combination of tradition and modernity, historical decor,
